My grandmother and I have both made several purchases from Loving Lane. They go above and beyond. They sent us a handwritten thank you card and a FREE floral baby romper for my baby girl just to thank us for our business!!

I ordered the toddler travel car seats a bit short dated to my trip. I text the customer service number(loved ability to text them vs call). They were super nice and were willing to change my shipping address from original and have it shipped to the hotel so I could have the travel car seats in time to use on my trip! Great customer service, and would definitely use again.
